Spring Repair in Ocean County, NJ

I had an issue with my garage door not closing. Checking social media for my community, Dons Doors seemed to be the most recommended. I called Don at 9am when the website said he opened and was answered right away. Don stated he would be by that morning, and showed up right when he said he would. He quickly assessed the issue, and was able to repair on the spot. He replaced the parts that had failed, and did not try to sell a bunch of items that didn’t need replacing. His price was very fair, he was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services

Don is great! Originally we thought our garage door was broken when we moved in. Don came quickly after I called and was able to diagnose and repair our current opener. He even was able to fix a dent in the bottom of our door to create a better seal. Months later the opener stopped working. Don find time to come out the day after we reached out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know that we needed a new opener. He installed the new opener 2 days later. I cannot recommend Don enough

I have never had a contractor get back to me as quickly as Don. I called and within minutes he got back to me. He was willing to come out for our emergency even though it was night. It turned out we didn’t need him that night, but did use him. It was easy to schedule with him and he kept us posted as to his time of arrival. He quickly assessed the situation and made the repair. We had such a great experience with our garage door company! After I accidentally backed into our garage door and it wouldn’t close, Don came out right away, pounded everything back into place, and had it closing again that same day. Just a few days later, right after the holiday weekend, he returned and installed a beautiful brand new garage door within just a few hours.
