Not only did he fix the spring but he went above and beyond to make the door itself work better than it did before. He also identified a safety issue and corrected it. I reached out to Don's Doors and they sent a serviceman named Steve who was FANTASTIC! He explained why he would do a side mount (so happy that I did) and even came back the next day to show me and my wife how everything works. Don came like he said he would, did the job like he said he would, and now I have a great set of garage doors thanks to Don. My go to guy from now on. Just look at the pictures. Plus everything was very neat. There was no complaining about “well you didn’t buy them from me, I don’t know if this will work.” He just got it done.
